I'm glad she's excited about her life and career.. And as a woman, I am glad to see another woman be successful.. In a strictly "fuck you in the face, glass ceiling" kind of way.. But she's just.. Kind of.. Abrasive, isn't she?

I was really excited by her when she first joined AI because I thought she would be the intelligent woman to Paula's fucking madness. Now she's pretending to be Paula and trying to act like an authority in music.

AI can't handle intelligent women.

It's just very clear that she's very young. Except she's not, is she? She acts like a 23 year old. Just.. Very unsure of herself all the time. Like she doesn't know whether to say the things that go through her head and stand by them or try to come up with something better and ends up struggling for the in between.

I don't even dislike her. I just.. Wish I could really like her. I mean.. She's friends with Neil Patrick Harris. I think that's really what's keeping me holding on. She must not be all bad. Maybe the show just makes her crazy. I act ridiculous at work, too.

Lee and Crystal can crap out anything and the judges will love it. Mike and Casey need to be good and they're so different :/

I think Mike and Casey have a shot. Especially because their love is so real. I also think that Crystal's ~perfect vocals~ will highlight Lee's vocal flaws, so Lee might get the wrath of the judges tomorrow night. Unless he actually does really well and deserves every single bit of the praise he gets for once. (And I generally think he deserves praise, just.. Not all of it.)

But I think if Mike and Casey find the right song (which, I think Mike probably planned for this, and has four different options in that book of his), there's a really chance they could do something really cool. And I think Mike's personality and performance ability will help Casey, whereas Casey's nonchalance will help Mike's cheese factor. So it could be a win/win.. *optimisim*

Oh Macey is completely real. At least this will lead to more awesome Macey moments.

Lee won't get criticized unless he actually gives birth on stage and even then Simon will say that his performance was just a little confusing.

Casey can bring the cheese too at times (Power of Love, the Sinatra performance) so maybe it will be extra cheesie. They really need to do a slow song to sound good. Even then I'll expect their voices to get compared unfavorably to each other.
