He's definitively already branching out; he's working on several simultaneous projects that have nothing to do with adverting, thanks to his "Old Spice Guy" exposure, so here's hoping the public will appreciate the acting chops he's had since before the ads.

The Luke Cage thing seems so far fetched, but Im rooting for him. In the mean time, I sorta like that he makes no boners about enjoying/milking this Old Spice stint for everything it's worth, haha.

:D Apparently NBC threw a deal at him--it's still ~top secret~ so no body knows what it's for--but yeah, NBC basically begged him to allow them to fap to him over something long-term, LOL.

He also landed a role in a future Tyler Perry movie, which...okay, MAJOR mixed feelings if you're familiar with the way Perry movies trigger anger among some minorities for caricature-ish portrayals of minorities. But I feel bad because I know minorities accept terrible roles just so they can pay the bills. I dunno. Mustafa's work thus far as been clownish-free up to this point, so Im hoping he's not signed up for something degrading, or wont cow to to it...Argh....

I want this starving actor to ~thrive~
