Follow-Up: New Report On Darren Criss's Role in the Latest Miyazaki Dub

Feb 23, 2014 14:39

Late last year it was announced that "actor" Darren Criss would play a part in The Wind Rises. A moviegoer has now revealed that Darren only has two lines in the movie. This post now has more lines than Darren's character has.

When prompted for comment, darrencrissnews -- in spite of all previous attempts to hype up Darren's involvement in the project -- responded by claiming he always expected it to be a piece of shit role that's hardly worth mentioning, best suited for a no-name nobody to fill.

For some Darren fans, it's still considered an honor for him to have any lines at all, considering that this was billed as the iconic Miyazaki's final film. But, unfortunately for fans clinging to that delusional rationalization, there are already rumors starting in Japan that Miyazaki may be planning to un-retire again, which he has done "between seven to ten times over the last three decades."

it's not going to get worse than gml lbr, "actor": darrin criss
