If Luffy wasn't afraid of what he was going into, he wouldn't be human. All Luffy could do was put on his bravest face and do what he felt he needed to do.
He'd left Caiman a call, a courtesy since Luffy was the only delivery person he had on staff right now. Somehow, leaving a message and reassuring Caiman that he'd be in the next day reassured Luffy too. Maybe that was how he was able to be here, that or it was the kind of confidence that came by the fact Luffy knew he was special. He was created to be a fighter and a survivor. That was far from the last thing on his mind.
Luffy might have thought to consider that Muraki might have that same confidence too. The thought evaded Luffy as he stood outside the clinic.
"Get out here, you bastard!" Luffy shouted up to Muraki's windows.
