WHAT: Hijikata would like to have a discussion with his ranked officers about what's been going on since he left, in person.
WHERE: A privately rented room at Guilty Pleasures
WHEN: Sunday, 1800, Day 68 in-game.

( a nice private room is worth rather a lot these days )

The family was being restructured from top to bottom. Dean, thankfully, still retained his title as a caporegime, and finally had a clear list of who the fuck should be listening to him and taking orders. However, it still left room for him to be nervous. New management was always tricky, changes were always tricky, and he hoped whatever became of his family, it would be good.

He had started on getting together a group of whores to start raking in some more money, but there was always more to do.

With Sam in the passenger seat, he drove to the new restaurant, and parked the Impala. Stepped out, stepped into the building, and it did not take long for him to be led to the meeting room. Hijikata was already there, sitting at the head of the table, and looking downright intimidating. Dean toughened up, and took one of the empty chairs.

"Long time, no see," he said. Now, down to business.

Hijikata nodded to the Winchester brothers. "It has been a while, hasn't it? I do not believe anyone coming to this meeting will be a new face, as I did very little promoting and rather a lot of demoting." He pursed his lips, in something between thought and irritation.

"Regardless, I'd still like to hear face-to-face what's been going on while I was away on business. I expected things to run smoothly in my absence, but that was apparently a lost cause." Turning to Sam, he asked, "I assume you are well with your promotion?"

Hokuto must have seemed more like a slightly misled fashion icon than a mafia member, walking into the private room at Guilty Pleasures in a characteristically elaborate ensemble-- a pink dress over tights and a gray scarf. Her entrance was made with a friendly smile.

"Hello," she tipped her head slightly and waggled her fingers in greeting, "Am I late?"

It had admittedly been a busy few days-- with the incident involving Luffy's attack and the charity event she was currently running. Nevertheless, her tone was light and her smile was warm as she sat at the table near the Winchester brothers-- after all, she would be working closely with the elder of the two.

Looking up from his conversation with the Winchester boys, Hijikata nodded a greeting at Hokuto. "You are not yet late, Miss Sumeragi. It is yet 1748, and I do not recall you frequently having been late in the past." He gestured for a place Hokuto to sit.

Franky came in moments later, having gone out of his way to get a parking spot out in the middle of nowhere. Brushing back his blue hair, he gavve everyone a wave as he came in.

"Sir" He nodded to Hijikata. "Hey all" He said to everyone else. He took his own place, shooting Hokuto a grin. He wanted to talk to her about her fund raiser project. Aside from the date auction, that was.
