Tsuna was jogging up to the store hearing a pair of black form fitting sweatpants and a green colored hoodie. “Ken!” He shouted as he came to a slow stop next to the fellow delivery boy.

“Yup! I tried to wear something flexible I think... it looks fine right?” Tsuna did a quick turn around it was all he had really.

Ken waved a hand, and pulled his bag over his shoulder. "Don't worry, it'll be fine." He smiled, and started past Tsuna to the park.

"Hurry up or we wont have day light left."

Ken digested this thought for a moment. "There are ways to protect the people important to you with out being strong." He said after a moment.

"Aah, what are we talking about. Its a beautiful day!" Ken grinned, laughing for a second. "We two really are depressing."

“we just have heavy thoughts! I think my teachers would be shocked I have all this in my head. Tee hee.” Tsuna pulled up a grin. “The day is ending though and the night crawlers will be coming out.”

He didn’t want to move just yet, his ankle was protesting even the thought of movement.

Thats true. In all of this Ken hadn't been keeping track of the time. "Ah, right, right. We should get going, we don't want to be caught out here when night comes now do we." He said with a smile.

"Though I do like the lights, I don't like everything else that comes with it." Ken said, standing up and reaching out a hand to help up Tsuna. "Are we far from that clinic you mentioned?"

"I think we are almost there" Tsuna gave another nod, "Do you mind... if I lean on you some?" There was a slight blush to his cheeks as he asked. Leaning wasn't as bad as riding, his logic told him.

"Hopefully the Doctor will be in a good mood" He only met Doctor Umeda breifly but something told him he wasn't like normal doctors.

It had been a rather quiet day at the office and Dr. Umeda wasn't complaining. He sat in his office, his heavy booted feet propped up on his own desk, a file folder opened in his lap and a smoldering cigarette resting in an ashtray on the window sill. Glancing down at the file, he highlighted a few things with a marker in one hand and reached for his cigarette with the other.

They soon reached the Clinic and all he wanted to do was sit down, curl up, and possibly cry. Tsuna leaned on Ken as they walked through the doors.

”Dr. Umeda?” The boy called out softly looking around at the clinic. He was nervous about doctors and hospitals. Even though Tsuna had visited the nurse's office often it was just a quick fix. This was something different and defiantly not as safe as the nurse’s office in Japan.

The doctor heard a voice calling for him, but ignored it, hoping it would go away. But sadly, his intercom buzzed.

"Dr. Umeda, there's a young man here to see you who seems to be in a bit of pain."

Letting out a sigh, Umeda shut the folder he was looking through and tossed it into a drawer in his desk. As he stood, he hit the intercom on his desk and replied to the receptionist that he'd be there in a moment. Taking another drag on his cigarette, he snuffed it out and then left his office, and made his way to the front entrance. Once there, his eyes fell on Tsuna.

"Well, what did you go and do to end up here?" Umeda asked bluntly, placing his hands in his lab coat pockets.

Ken didn't like doctors. Not one bit, and a small part of him was glad that it was Tsuna and not him that was here to see this guy. That part was quickly shut up by the squish of guilt.

He almost answered Umeda for Tsuna, but manged to stop himself in time by remembering that Tsuna, though child like he seemed, was older then him and not actually one of the kids he used to coach.

Umeda studied the two, then turned his attention to Tsuna. "Well, lets see it, shall we?" Umeda said. He looked around the room, then snuffed out his cigarette in a potted plant before kneeling down in front of the injured young man. Assuming it was the leg he was favoring, took hold of his ankle and gently placed pressure on a spot behind his ankle with his thumb.

"Does that hurt?"

Painful tears swelled up at his eyes as the doctor touched his ankle. “Y-yes it hurts.” The Ankle was red and swollen but it wasn’t anything serious.

Ken watched Umeda examine Tsuna closely, it seemed like every other one of these he had sat through with the kids. As much as he wanted to make everything better for Tsuna, he couldn't. After all, he wasn't a doctor, and even if he was, he'd still have to do the same thing, which would still hurt, so it was sort of a moot point.

Umeda let go of Tsuna's ankle and stood back up. "Well, you've just gone and sprained it. Nothing too serious, but it's going to hurt and you're going to have to stay off it for a few days," he said, "It's a good thing you had help getting over here, or you would have made it worse," he glanced at Ken as he said that. Dr. Umeda then turned and started to walk towards his office. "Follow me and we'll get some ice on it and then wrap it up."
