Soiree was already dancing, his favorite genre of music (reggaton) being the flavor of the night, apparently. He spotted the pineapple redhead though and made a wave pardoning himself from a friendly and possibly already smashed floozy as he made his way over to Renji with a million dollar grin.

"Alright, before you argue, first round is on me because it was my idea, so pick your poison, bia bia!" Soiree said with a laugh, already in high spirits. It was more Renji's first round as Soiree had already had himself a dry martini before hitting the dance floor.

"Primo bitches tonight, bro. We'll be bathing in them in no time!"

Lulu made her way across the nightclub with and almost regal bearing, knowing that she turned more than a few heads, but not showing that she cared one way or another.

Tonight, as was the case most other nights, she had eyes only for the one who had invited her.

Not deigning to Press her way through the dance floor, she waited at the edge of the crowd where she would be in plain view of the soldati, striking a rather stunning--if impatient--figure and waited to be noticed. Pretending she hadn't heard him joshing with his friend.

"Care to buy a girl a drink?"

"Shaddap, Renji. How about you go handle that lonely thing at the bar. I'll take care of this one," Soiree remarked, popping his neck a bit before making his way over to the admittedly enchanting woman that had obviously been talking to him.

"What's your flavor, sweets. I'll buy you anything in the house...so long as you bless me with a dance," he remarked, making his best attempt at being charming.

Lulu blinked slowly, watching the man through dark lashes, pursing her lips just so as the two boys spat it out.

"I'll have a Godiva Martini," she said, "And yes, you may have a dance."

Raven rarely came to places like this. She was a bodyguard with Monacello, after all, she wasn't exactly the most feminine of young women. But the point had been made once that she needed to be able to pull off any sort of garb, because the higher ups might need anything.

That was how she mentally justified the dress, the shoes, the makeup, and the hair. It was practice of course. She was just trying to fit in, really. That she was notorious a loner and more shy than not made her entrance into the bar hesitant rather than self-assured. She knew that dressed how she was, no one would have pegged her for anything but potential arm candy. She went to the bar and ordered a drink stiffer than a young lady of her supposed standing would probably have ordered and moved towards a table in a dark corner ( ... )

X hadn't gone out often when he was under the guilds. One of the perks of working for himself, along with, well, getting all the profits of his jobs was the freedom, being able to go anywhere he wanted, whenever he wanted. Having only been here a month, he hadn't had much of a chance to go out. So, for now, he was trying out a new and fairly popular bar.

And, just his luck, a pretty little thing, all dolled up, sitting alone in the corner. How she had escaped anyone else's notice he wasn't sure... but he was just brazen enough to try her out.

After all, girl that shy, that pretty? Bound to be a challenge.

Slipping over almost soundlessly, making himself almost impossible to notice until he was leaning against the way about a yard from the girl, he spoke quietly.

"You don't look like you're having too much fun, all alone over here."

Raven's first response was a glare, and that she gave the man who sat down at her side. Then she mentally scolded herself into being at least polite, she could be polite after all, but she did not offer any sign she was amused by him.

"It would be hard to tell when I'm having fun." she countered. This kid was bold. Dressed up she might be, but Raven was not exactly approachable. It was in the job description after all to be such. She'd hate to disappoint.

Raven might not like these sorts of situations, but she would make the best of it. "And what why would you care?"

[OOC: He's actually leaning against the wall a just a few feet away from her, but it doesn't make that much of a difference anyway.]

Oooh. Cold stare. He had to admit, it looked surprisingly good on her. Could almost send chills down his spine.

"Dressed like that? Even if your expression is hiding how much fun you're having, how you look and what you're doing don't exactly match.

"I figure you came here for a reason, and it doesn't look like you're getting all that much out of it, if anything at all. I want to see if I can change that."

After all... he did love a challenge, and this girl, pretty as she was, was definitely shaping up to be one. It could be an... interesting night.

"Typical Soiree," Alba sighed, the ghost of a smile on his lips as he stared up at the sign above the door to the bar. "Always was a fan of the flashy stuff." Casually, he stepped through the door, keeping a low profile as he made his way straight to a barstool. His sunglasses were dark enough that, combined with the lights that reflected off of them, his eyes were totally blocked. That was fine by him - the more he could see without being noticed, the better. He wasn't going to be letting himself be caught off-guard in unaffiliated territory.

He slid in, taking note of the well-dressed girl not too far down the bar from him. She seemed familiar, but he couldn't place the face in this setting. Shrugging to himself, he flagged down the bartender. "Rum. Rocks." The man nodded and stepped away, as Alba scanned around, spying both Renji and Soiree. He chuckled sharply, noting Soiree's attempt to flirt with an apparently attractive woman. He leaned against the bar with one elbow, smiling. "Good luck with that, bro."
