The owner of the establishment knew Prosciutto. Knew him well. Prosciutto's men had worked a contract for him some time ago, getting rid of a pestersome would-be thug that was trying to hustle money out of him. Fatal mistake that he was doing so without Monacello's influence behind him...no one was left to cry when he was found one morning bled out in his own bathtub.
And as such, the bar tender gave him a friendly greeting. Calling him by name.

She forgot to try and catch his attention while she was staring at him, looking him over rather carefully. He didn't look as old as he said he was, but he'd said something about it before. At least, she was pretty sure he had.
Rhode took a sip of her drink before remembering herself, moving as if to stand up before remembering she was trying to be subtle. She looked a bit annoyed for a moment before sitting back, waiting for him to look in her direction so she could wave or something. This was a hassle. She couldn't wait until that stupid Caiman was dead and she could stop hiding.

It was then he spotted a slightly antsy looking girl in the corner. In spite of her attempts at being conspicuous, to eyes like his she stood out like a bleeding stump. That had to be her.
He took his drink and walked over to the table slowly, bringing his appearance into clearer view...
Beyond being lanky, Prosciutto was apparently a very sharp dresser. Odd patterns, but his clothes were well tailored, possibly custom made. They flattered him well enough, but the entire suit was offset by the exceptionally odd charm he wore around his neck. A magatama charm...how odd.
"So this is the infamous Rhode Camelot, eh?"
Reply
"I'd rather be infamous than nobody at all." She tilted her head a bit in the direction of the other chair, tapping a finger on the side of her glass for the sake of fidgeting. "But that's what you like to be."

Rhode slid down to sit on the floor after trying to push away from the wall, legs deciding that they would not be holding her up just yet. She was shaking ever so slightly as she watched the Dead leave, a hand rubbing her throat as if to get rid of the sensation of its touch. "Yeah, she's great." Her voice betrayed her nerves, a bit too high and quivering.

"But, as I was trying to say before, until that Stand is capable of beating someone like me to the punch, you won't be able to kill anyone. Muraki wasn't a normal human, and he would have easily beaten you."

Muraki's name ruffled her a bit, and she fell silent, hand tightening slightly on her throat as the shadow of something dark passed over her expression.
"He's dead. It doesn't matter."

"And you used it in front of Gavin. And who knows what other high ranking family member saw you. They KNOW what that is, Rhode, and I have no doubt your fucking pension will run out soon of they link you back back to us."
Reply
"You gave it to me. You can't act like you didn't think I'd use it. Or you did, because that's why you gave it to me in the first place, right? To see some crazy kid lose it while you watched and laughed." Rhode seemed to remember her encounter with his Stand rather quickly, edging along the wall a bit as if worried it would be coming at her again.

"When I gave you that Stand, you weren't Gavin's charge. You weren't even in that house. Things are different now and you're a commodity. And trust me, he WILL find out. That bastard has eyes and ears just about everywhere."
