Thirty minutes wasn't much time. But Tseng was becoming accustomed to things happening rapidly. They were used to moving more at their own pace. But now someone was determined to change that. He wondered if this--Laughing Man knew exactly what he was doing. Not only damage to the outside but to the inside as well.

There was tension within the Turks. Light suit against dark. Older against younger. They were growing but with that growing was a lack on intimacy. A lack of trust. It needed to come to an end before they started to completely turn on each other. Tseng hoped that end would be tonight.

He stepped out of his rented car (since his own had been severely damaged courtesy of one blond) and stepped through the front door.

Normally Elena would've been right out the door the second she got a company email. There was an almost unnatural eagerness when it came to ShinRa meetings, like a child looking forward to Disneyland. But the lines weren't nearly as long. But this one had Elena feeling a bit anxious, and she wasn't completely sure why. Maybe it was just this newest move against them and how they'd been thrown into action as a result. But there was definitely a heavy feeling to it.

She didn't let the taxi take her completely to her destination. Undisclosed locations should remain that way. She walked the remaining distance until she came within sight of the building...and some of that heaviness melted away. That tea cup ride didn't have anything on this. Elena waited for the guard at the door to do whatever he needed to do before hurrying deeper inside to find any of the others that she was sure also got the message.

Back to work again, and so soon after the last meeting. If Mello wasn't already being more than adequately compensated for every second he spent under ShinRa's roof, he'd have gotten the hell out long ago. He wasn't here for Rufus, or any personal interest in the company's well-being; it was the same deal in LA. He wanted to know the infrastructure, wanted to witness its upward climb, its spiral into publicity. And it was better than the alternative. At least he got good chocolate from vending machines, here.

Mello wasn't a Turk and had no interest in becoming a Turk; he expected hostility, maybe--or unfriendliness, suspicion, whatever--because he didn't know them and they didn't know him. He wasn't looking to make friends, he was looking to do a job and idle closer to a potential big name. That was it.

The leather-dressed bodyguard stood outside the office with no intention of listening in on anyone's conversation, arms folded comfortably across his chest, eyes on the hall.

The message was received at a less then convenient time. Not that Jin had any real trouble getting in and out of the hospital. Or at least he hadn't on his own.

Sneaking another person, a cripple, attached to more then one IV was quite the trick. He would definitely have to log it later. Unfortunately while getting out of the hospital was a task in itself, getting himself and Jared into the meeting, past the well armed guard was a completely separate issue.

Jared hadn't received the same summons from their hermit of a boss. He hoped they wouldn't make too big a fuss about it.
