I think you get him his damned sunglasses.

That is one option. What else, since that is never going to happen.

Perhaps two pairs.

Perhaps I should ask for donations. At least then you'll be wearing the same brands as everyone else.

That is an excellent question.

One we are all looking for the correct answer to, hm?

Indeed. Fortunately, or unfortunately, neither of my current employers had been cross with me. Yet.

However...in the past, my usual method of dealing with angry men has been "speak softly, and know where to kick." A soft answer turneth away wrath, and all that.

Hide.

But that really doesn't help. Just delays the inevitable, ya know?

I don't believe that would be appropriate in this case.

Lock him in a room with a TV set to play nothing but infomercials and refuse to let him out until you're positive that the very sight of you will fill him with nothing but joy and utmost gratitude for the rest of eternity.

I somehow doubt that if I tried to lock him away, joy would ever be one of his reactions to seeing me again.

Being as I don't have a boss, really just the ma'am or sir that hires me, I generally let them screw my brains out. Or oral. Oral really very rarely fails.

That's certainly- er. Enlightening.

You asked for methods; this one rarely fails. I'd definitely recommend it.
