Borscht isn't so difficult to make. Why can't you Italians get it right? It's such a great hangover remedy. And you do so enjoy your vino.

If the restaurant doesn't get it right next time their waiter will be wearing it. He can just tell people that it's tomato sauce and all will be forgiven.
