It feels like I've been asleep for ages after the church fiasco. It may have affected me more than I imagined.

Or perhaps it has been feeling quieter than usual, I'm not sure.

The good news is, is that I see actual blue in the sky, and might actually go outside for once. I'd kill for a good and proper thunderstorm to roll around soon.

You were surely not foolish enough to actually be at that church.

No, I was at my apartment at the time. I am better than that, contrary to belief.

Surely I do not need to remind you that incidents such as the church are to be expected in our line of work.

I know, don't get me wrong. But a bombing at a universally known place of peace LIKE a church is out of my standing of morals. If we're asked to do that, I would decline.

The matters concerning the explosion at the church have nothing to do with your job.

Disregard it.

There's also no use in a man who buries himself so foolishly into the past.

I was not dwelling on the matters and the whys and hows, only reminiscing. It was a church, anyway.

The situation could have been worse.

Just keep that in mind.
