...customer service? Communication? I speak several languages. I can do bookkeeping. Believe it or not, I'm good with children, not that anyone would hire me as a governess with my background. I suppose I could tend bar or waitress. Or model? Not that there's a lot of call for that.
The thing is...I'm afraid my reputation will precede me.
A woman of your talents and intelligence-- and, no, I don't mean those talents-- it shouldn't be that hard. There are some pretty forgiving employers in this town, too, and, well... as long as you lock up any previous conversation that allude to what you used to do, have someone else take out the trash, I think you'll be alright.
I could probably put in a word at a club or bar or two. Not so much on the communications and governess jobs, though. Not that I don't think you'd be great at them, just... You know. Don't have the connections there.
Maybe I'll see if Mr. Sogyo still wants help in his imports store. The work may be a much different pace but I'd be around friends. I suppose I do have options after all...

I wonder if I should speak to my friend, Jean-Claude, maybe see if he and Kisten are looking for help.
Anyway, I'm certainly open to suggestion.

Well, the real question is, what, out of the things you could do, do you want to do the most?
If you're not having as much fun doing it, really, what's the point?

I guess I hadn't thought of that. I should make a few phone calls.
