Is there any way for those who are not trained medically to help, if they have other talents that may be useful?

Instantaneous transport, Herr Wayne. I can cross the distance of most of the city in a heartbeat. If there are supplies that need to be transported, or people (provided they are in stable condition), I can get it done in the blink of an eye, literally.

That sounds invaluable. Could you please get to the hospital as soon as possible in order to inform them of this ability?

Transportation units are scarce in comparison to how many are wounded.

My small clinic is less important than the disaster. I am a doctor, I would be glad to volunteer my time. No compensation is needed.
