God bless the vacation time of superiors.

I've gotten more paperwork done in this last week than I did in the six months prior. Perhaps I should encourage him to go on holiday more often...

I don't suppose changing the locks would encourage him to extend his trip.

Such things are often a bother, yes.

'Bother' is quite the understatement.

If you want something done correctly, do it yourself.

No, I hardly think that would stop him.

However it is something of a reassurance to see that work is being finished regardless of his absence. And being finished perfectly, I assume?

A pity.

It would be more accurate to say it is being finished because of his absence. As perfectly as always.

What is pitiful is the fact that someone with your work ethic isn't under my command. It seems like Mr. Borgia had other plans.

And lovely, I expected nothing less.

Besides the paperwork, how are things faring? I certainly hope your peers are less foolish than my subordinates. It'd be shameful if all of the Monacello members were as inept as the ones under my command. I could count the reliable ones off the fingers of a single hand.

Despite his faults, I am content with my current caporegime, signora.

Well enough. I spend little time amongst my peers, with such pressing matters. I believe our lack of human resources is going to be... problematic, with the growing ranks of the Vescovo family.
