OK my sleeping pattern has gone way out of control. As far from the nap from 7-1opm, i didnt go to sleep till 4ish... my body was cramped because i was trying to keep warm. 1 pair of trackies, bed sock, singlet, 2 jumpers and fingerless gloves! wtf. Then i got up at 1pm, and i wanted to get up at 10am so i can finish this mental. Ate brekky, and
