I saw the contest last night, it looks like a bit of fun. I was almost tempted to join it, but with my Ying being blank and the body being used for Sadat, I imagine I don't qualify.

I suspect you could do something to enter the contest - just be a little creative about it. So what if the Ying head has no faceup. You could do some photoshop overlay work on the photo and make it unique.

I think it would be fun - if we can figure out times to get together and do the actual photo work.

I should work up a script shell, too.

I wonder if other dolls would be allowed in the photos? I had hoped Chikara would hide behind Shu's long legs when Nasake first showed up. I suppose if I didn't show Shu's face or hands they might think the legs belonged to one of their tall boys...

It was great seeing everyone at the meetup! ^^ It's always fun when there are new people.

As far as the community...what should we call it? Once we get some basics figured out, we can go from there.

I like the DFW Resin Roundup, or maybe the DFW Resin Dreams?

As for getting hits, we can be sure to include all the different names people call these dolls in the interests.

Graphics are another thing...I'll have to think about it some, and I'll let you know what I come up with! ^^

Either name is fine with me.

If Roundup is selected, I can see having the Texas map defined with rope.

I will start working up some thumbnail sketches at the office tomorrow.
