Yes, all Pukifee dolls are genderless so you can pick the gender. The LE outfit could be female because of the ruffles and roses. Change the pants to a skirt and it would work fine.
His brother Mirin (PKF Shiwoo) was supposed to be a girl but 'she' fought me when I put 'her' in dresses. Finally, 'she' jumped into one of my friends' ample bosum to ride around the meetup and I knew 'she' was a HE. Mirin and Rayu are brothers and I adopted a PKF Ante to be my girl.

Many of my Fairyland dolls have those types of labels because I buy a lot of their LE sets. Just can't resist them!
