Tell me, how are these 'tower dreams' typically experienced?

They happen once a month, generally on the night of the full moon. Sometimes not. Some people have them, others don't. But just because you stay awake doesn't mean you won't get them. It's...hit or miss.

Do the dreams correlate among all that experience them?

Correlate? Most people see the same dreams if they see one or two of them... I've never heard of someone who only saw part of it.
