I was afraid of blood and needles too and I actually went to my instructor and asked how I could get over it. She told me to just keep exposing myself to it as much as possible. She said to stare at and study the gory pictures in the Clinical Textbook as long as I could. And watch videos of surgeries on YouTube. I dont know if it will work for you but I actually feel alot more comfortable around it now.
