WOW its like almost 2 months since my last update. Work has been flat out, working 6 days a week, except this week cos i took 2 sickies coz i couldnt be nothered going in. Well i should update, Works been flat out, lots of overtime, and my legs hurt lots, ive lost 4 kgs since ive started so that takes it up to 8 kgs lost, only 22 more to go, thats ok, i can do it.
