I've been wanting to make another Jane/Maura mix for a while, so here we are! I had to do the cover art in a bit of a rush though, since the femslash_land challenge ends tonight and I still have lots of work to do!

I love this. Each song fits as you said with the developement and progress of the relationship from the beginning. Rosi Golans Come Around is a perfect choice and if you ask me you can never go wrong with a bit of Joshua Radin the mix. Certainly made me smile, excellent. =)

As I told you, I didn't even know what a fanmix was, but now I've inferred that it's something like explaining a story(line) with songs, right? Using the lyrics of those songs. It's very original.

I absolutely loved all the songs. We have quite similar music tastes, I think. I already knew Adele (whom I love, love, love) and Barcelona (thanks to you and the J&M vid). I'm downloading Barcelona's Absolutes album right now. I LOVE THEM. Funny that they're from Seattle, WA and they chose the name "Barcelona", haha.

Now you've introduced me to Boyce Avenue, Rosi Golan, Joshua Radin, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs (funny name, reminds me of Uh Huh Her (whom, by the way, I absolutely adore.) And I just loved all the four songs, so I'm gonna start doing some research on their albums to see if I should download them.

I've made a couple of other Jane/Maura mixes in the past - they're quite a lot of fun to do :) Quite a lot of people make them, so I can't take credit for the idea!

I'm just going to rec some songs for you now! I'm uploading all my Rosi music for you later, but from Boyce Avenue I would recommend some of their covers - Firework, Drops of Jupiter, Keep Holding On, Just The Way You Are and With Or Without You. I suggest you listen to pretty much everything by Joshua Radin, but my favourites are Streetlight, When You Find Me, You Got Growin' Up To Do, Closer, Today and Winter :)
