flying to the sun without a plane [a jane and maura mix]
Yay new fanmix!! This has actually been done for quite a long time, but I only just got the chance to upload it.
Tracklisting and everything else is under the cut!
This mix has been ~in the works for ages - since the end of the season, pretty much! I finished it before I moved to uni, but I've been so busy since then that I haven't had time to post it. (I've been listening to this mix a lot in the last few days because I'm in a really relaxed, kind of romantic mood :D) The last mix I made was fairly intense - this one is more or less pure fluff, although I like to think that the songs get more meaningful as the mix progresses. It mirrors the fact that Jane and Maura's relationship deepens throughout the season. The first three songs encompasss the first six episodes of the season, then track four is a ~transition song for 1x07 (I always see Born to Run as very much a transitional episode anyway; before that, and including it, the episodes are quite fluffy, but after that episode the level of Jane and Maura's connection becomes clearer), then the final two tracks represent the last episodes of the season (up to The Elevator Scene). Hopefully that's come through in the mix! And I hope you enjoy it :)
