Multi-Fandom Femslash Summer Contest
OK, so I got a fairly good response from those people who voted in the poll on passion_perfect - thanks to you all!
And here's the official promo video!! (I know the clips aren't exactly varied, but my computer is in danger of crashing if I download any more eps of anything.)
How to submit:
1. Choose your videos, whether they are your own or someone else's
2. You can comment here, or message me, either through YouTube or LiveJournal, and please place in the subject box 'Video submissions' so I can keep all of them together
3. List the name of the video, fandom, pairing, and the name of the vidder, and then provide a link. If you're submitting your own video, please also post it as a response to the promo video.
4. Click send!
5. You may submit videos at different times, so if you come across a brilliant video just before the deadline you can still send that in, even if you submitted the others in July.
(When nominating another vidder's work, I will contact them to ensure that they are happy that their vid has been submitted. If they don't like it, that vid submission is void.)

NOTE: Not all of these categories may eventually have winners; obviously there has to be more than one submission for a category to be open, and enough submissions in the first place :)
FAQ:
1. Are videos with real people allowed?
Yes.
2. Do I have to use a specific vidding software?
No, you can use any software you like.
3. What are the prizes?
At the moment I'm still weighing up the pros and cons of various prizes, but they are most likely to be
banners or possibly short videos.
4. Are love triangles/multiple couples acceptable?
Yes, of course, as long as the main pairing is f/f.
5. Does it have to be a new video?
No, it can be a few years old if you want it to be! You don't have to make a new video especially for the contest;
it can be uploaded a month ago or six months ago.
I'll add to the FAQ as people ask me questions. I'll be away until 11th August, but I plan on spending all of the 12th catching up on LJ, so I'll answer you then :)
