Well, Dad finally got to Jamaica safely. He called us just a little bit ago. I say finally because he had some delays. Mom took him to the airport at 4:30 this morning and he just got there a little after 8:00 (7:00 pm Jamaican time). I am praying everything goes ok!

It's hard, but learning does give you a "high" of sorts. There's almost nothing that quite beats the feeling of understanding some really complex concept, or mastering a difficult technique. It's like a roller coaster ride -- you pass one exam and feel like you can do anything, then you cover a bunch of impossible material and start saying "there is no way!"

I am almost done with my 3rd semester, and I have really enjoyed it for the most part. Sometimes I wonder how I will ever be able to finish, but then sometimes I don't know what I'll do with myself after I graduate. I feel like I will miss school so much. lol

Well, we couldn't figure out how to do the home work problems, and so he decided to go over them in class. We working them like he showed us how, but when we checked our answers in the answer key in the back of the book, they were different, and the teacher couldn't figure out how they were coming to those answers. He eventually figured them out, I have no clue how... working the problems backwards, I guess. That took a lot of time!

Whew! At least he made it safely. I know that flying is relatively safe but I find it kind of scary to think about. But then again, I have only been once in a plane and I was too young to remember. I hope you do well on your remaining quizzes. . .
yeah that "second chance" quiz sounds like a relief and headache all at once!

I love flying! If I have to chose whether to fly or to drive, I definately choose flying! It's awesome!
