I weighed myself this morning. 137. That's 2lbs down from last week - a much less confusing loss than the previous one of 5-7. Though the first one was fun... it would've been neat for it to happen again - but then I'd know there was something up with this and be concerned that I could put the weight back on really easily

The second part I kind of understand. I'm really lucky in that, when it comes to dieting and exercise, it's like I have an on/off switch. A couple of weeks ago I flicked it on and bam, nothing will deter me that I haven't carefully thought about. I know that many people aren't the same and the cold turkey approach isn't feasible for them. But it is true. You do stop wanting stuff. I think if I had yoghurt it'd feel weird in my mouth - and that was one of the things I was most worried about giving up! Maybe I would love it, but I just don't want it so there's no danger.
