 dinner was fabulous last night. I got a free like 1/3 of a whole chocolate cake. It was enormous. And good.

About to leave for the 9 hour car ride home, and my parents are making me drive part of the way "for practice!" they say.

Sam is dying.

This isn't some stupid Halloween prank.

I just found out today. She has 6 months left to live.

She was born with some sort of cardiovascular birth defect, and now her heart is enlarged. And she had 6 months left.

I just don't know what to do with that.
