Continued from Here

"Thank you. I think I did pretty well, considering I've only made one snowfellow before in my life," I tell him proudly. Could've done better if I hadn't been on the look out for Angel the entire time. But that was yesterday, and I'm not thinking about that today. Today is going to be good, it'll be wonderful. It'll be great. And if it's not then some god somewhere out there is going to pay.

As my hands keep sliding over the floor, I smile when I can still feel the touch of his lips tingle on my skin. God, he's cold. He'd better warm up soon or it'll be like holding onto a block of ice. Or kissing a block of ice. Usually he's room temperature, I'm sure the blood will do a lot of good. I hope.

"Hmm? Oh uhm..." I frown when I think that over, my hands bumping against something glasslike under the sofa. Pulling it out I raise my eyebrow when I realize it's a wine glass. Did we have any wine? I don't think we had wine, must be from the previous inhabitants. "Oh! Maybe you can draw the deer and it's fawn? And the raccoon if you can?" I ask hopefully, putting the glass on the table to wash later.

"And maybe the lake, and the cabin so Cordy and Gunn can see where we've been. And Lorne and Fred of course. Aha!" Triumphantly, I pull my glasses from under the table. My eyes narrow and my nose wrinkles when I notice it's rather smudged. The wine glass gets grabbed from the table as I move back to the kitchen to clean both of them. "Is the blood okay? And shouldn't you change before you catch a... oh...Sorry."
