Does it bother you that 400% isn't possible

It bothers me that the person deciding how smart I am doesn't understand the mathmaticals impossibilies of 400% the only way that would be possible was if you were saying that I had a 400% increase in my thinking capabilies which never happens unless you miraculously go from brain dead to genius... anyways my results... evidently you shouldn't have
