wow... that is humorous: I am glad no kid has been hurt. Of course the mom could claim the kid has been psychologically damaged and sue. Yeah, if I were the owner of the company that makes the machines, I would be "happy" that the boy wasnt hurt.

A.) if I were the mom I would be embaressed that my kid was able to do this without my knowledge.

B.) I think you're right the mom could sue, but I guess everyone says that the boy was so happy he didn't want to leave!
