Like the song goes, "It's Been Awhile."  Probably I should give you the Readers' Digest version of what's been going on.  Taylor turned five on April 13th.  He got five stitches on April 16th.  What, you ask, could have been the cause for stitches?  Good question. I've got an answer.

Congrats on the stitches. All kids seem no need them. A right of passage, I suppose. I got 47 in my right leg when I attempted to balance myself when reaching by standing on an empty upside-down aquarium. No, I was not special ed. Apparently I thought that I was light as a feather.

As for Taylor, I was going to guess #8. That's a great story to be able to tell. What a little genius.
