I have to think of it this way:

I can either be totally pessimistic and have my world view just suck.

Or, I can be optimistic and trust that the world around me will come together the way that it should.

I choose to believe in hope.

I really like this post because it really hits home for me. I have been evaluating my life and health lately, and one of the issues that has come up for me over and over again is the fact that I need to learn to have a more positive outlook, and be a more positive person.

I can't change the world around me, and I can't make things work the way that I want them to, but I can change my reaction to those things. Too many times, I have let something drag me to the bottom instead of taking my lumps and move on.

So thank you for this post. And good luck to you! Know you aren't alone in this one!

See, the problem is that sometimes the way the world SHOULD work isn't necessarily what's best for you as an individual. The key (a key) is to be satisfied stuff is getting better for some people, even if not for yourself.

Or something.
