Oh, how many people on my friends list actually does anything on this "Sweetest Day" day?

All I know is, if I ever had a girlfriend who took it seriously, I'd give her a slap across the face as her Sweetest Day gift.

My boyfriend didn't, I was in the middle of work (at the boookstore) and he walked in and handed me a bunch of flowers. It was very sweet and pretty, just what I needed to get through the day.

Sweetest day is so capitalist.

And St. Valentine's day is a Catholic/Lutheran thing so I'm not meant to celebrate that either.

I'm glad you notice the religious affiliation with V-Day. Not many do.

I heard someone tried to start a "steak and B.J." day. I doubt that'll take off any time soon, though.
