How long were your fasts? Did you find you felt different afterwards? More energetic? More well in any way?

I did a water only fast for 3 days a few time...afterwards I always felt very light and refreshed, hungry of course but after I was very aware of what I was putting into my body. Def. it was more cleansing than the juice.
If you do water though, make sure your activity is very low.
