I'm not sure of their reasons, she told me once that she was a Luna Flower, but I cannot imagine why they would want to abduct her. There is probably something there that interests them.

There may be a battle initiated as a distraction provided to Millenium to return Lady Cheza, and for the sake of the people in the City, I would like to ask if you can create a barrier to hold both forces in and to stop the damage from affecting the citizens. Would that be possible?

An hour, and perhaps fifteen minutes longer; unfortunately, the battle will be somewhat contained, but even then, I'm sure that everyone will be able to be provided a show.

In point of fact, the girl is actually a research specimen. The girl's properties made him... sloppy. But if they come to war, they come to war. I'm certain entertainment could be found for all.

Take whatever sample you need from her, Major. We will be coming for her, but the ensuing battle would prove to be more amusing for you, wouldn't it?

It's probably because we cannot find anything better to do that it's come to this. A chance for a good battle, and release the girl in return? I assume that she'll be useless to you once the samples are retrieved.
