Ah, Jacob, you annoying little pup. Asshattery is the perfect word for it.
Though to be fair to him, he is only about sixteen or seventeen, whereas Edward has had plenty of time to learn to be polite and noble and all ; )
Though he is a bit of a dumbarse himself at times. But they all are.
(I kinda wanted Jacob to imprint on Edward, just 'cause it'd be hilarious. But Ms Meyer wouldn't do that.)
