title: Everything You Can Remember in Thirty Seconds is Yours To Keep pairing: kris/luhan length: threeshot part: epilogue/three genre: romance, fantasy, sci-fi
SCREAMING THIS. /THIS/ I FEEL LIKE SOMEONE JUST SHOT ME IN THE STOMACH AND MOVED AROUND IN MY HEAD WHICH IS APPROPRIATE INDEED
coming back when it's not the early hours of the morning and my brain isn't putty, because this deserves better. but just let me say holy fuckballs the way you write gives me c h i l l s
bats you lightly because i've loved this from the moment i read that title. a million hours of sleep is not going to change that don't be silly and i apologise for the wordspew that is about to hit you

ugh that whole convo about luhan wanting to be remembered, i felt my stomach sink because i thought, there's no way there can be a happy ending with these two, not the way they're hurtling towards mutual destruction. and yifan, jfc the whole: So don’t talk about us never happening i will fling myself off a cliff because i feel like everything just narrows down to this, that if you look past everything, past the dancing ghosts and hurt little boys playing gods and shifting realities and the terrible tragedy of it all, luhan and yifan loved each other even if they could only admit it like a secret and they /happened/. with a fiery bang and shattered possibilities and endless regrets, but they happened
and this really sums them up: It lasts a second, and then seven more. because yifan just wanted to help out a soaking wet boy and yifan started as a means to an end for luhan, but it ended up being so much more

hi omg! I'msorry late& here it goes: the explanation (crosses fingers and hope you can understand my failnglish)
Yifan committed suicide, thinking that this is just another dream. another one of luhan's mind games. he wanted to fool himself into thinking that this isn't possible. The last sentence had been: The top halts, signifying that it's the reality and when Yifan shot the trigger, he ended up actually killing himself.
the epilogue was supposed to last for thirty seconds, it's no ones point of view, really. it's up to the reader to decide? like in these thirty seconds, these had been luhan and yifan, and what their love had been like. the fact that there's something to occupy thirty seconds means that (acc. to the title) there's something there worth keeping and remembering, even if the aftermath hadn't been good.
i guess the bottomline is that. . . . they have these memories, all these things that are theirs to keep :)
I like this so much. The way you portray yifan and luhan and their losts. Everything is RIGHT THROUGH THE FEELS! Even if you considered this a wordpuke, I must say it's a breathtaking story and your choice of words in so amazing!
