[ Yeah, he's been pretty much on autopilot since the beginning of this "volunteer" work and that's just an instant response to everyone that's there.
He looks at the huge clock just across the hall to check the time, something he's been doing since the first five minutes in. ]

Something makes him come to focus on the young man ringing the bell, not just the fact that he's ringing a bell. After watching for a few minutes, he becomes convinced that this young man is some family of his (another Genome? but that doesn't seem right). In any case, he sweeps forward confidently.]

It's one thing in having his family seeing him like this, it's something else entirely when his friend sees him and not just any friend but his best friend. Who has a little girl with him. And last he checked, Riku wasn't a dad.
