[Pay attention to who's there, dude. Your bro is here to see when you want to go get lunch, and he will totally pay for it. This humiliation deserves some reward.]

Oh uh, sorry...
[ Yeah, he's been pretty much on autopilot since the beginning of this "volunteer" work and that's just an instant response to everyone that's there.
He looks at the huge clock just across the hall to check the time, something he's been doing since the first five minutes in. ]
I get off in a few, I think. Whenever that guy's ready for a break. [ He's gesturing to the fake Santa that has a kid on his lap right at that moment. Who looks like he's about to throw the kid off his lap. Yep, soon. ]

[Don't worry, bro. He's not gonna mention anything about the clothes, not to anyone. He's a good li'l bro.]

You sure?
[ But this is his little brother and he should be the one treating, not the other way around. ]
I guess I don't care what it is, just as long as it's not messy. I can't get this dirty.
[ Then again, if he does get it dirty, maybe he can go home.
... No, they have that reindeer costume for back up and he's definitely not wearing that. ]

Something makes him come to focus on the young man ringing the bell, not just the fact that he's ringing a bell. After watching for a few minutes, he becomes convinced that this young man is some family of his (another Genome? but that doesn't seem right). In any case, he sweeps forward confidently.]
What is it you're doing here? This is absurd.

However, when he catches sight of someone, someone he feels some kind of inclination towards, he pauses for a moment before trying to figure out what this weird feeling is.
The question though, makes him remember his predicament. ]
It's the holidays, it's always like this here.
[ He shuffles his feet, thankful that he got to wear flat shoes instead of the heels he's seen the girl elves wear before. ]
And I'm.. doing my job.

If you're in such dire need of employment, you might have come to me, instead. You shouldn't allow yourself to be subjected to such humiliation.

[ Really, whenever he finds out who put him up to this, they'd be getting the full brunt of his rage, that's for sure. ]
And I didn't have much choice either. Besides, it's only for a day. [ He's hoping it's only for a day, at least. ]
What do you do, anyway?

It's one thing in having his family seeing him like this, it's something else entirely when his friend sees him and not just any friend but his best friend. Who has a little girl with him. And last he checked, Riku wasn't a dad.
Regardless, Roxas freezes up for a few seconds before hiding his face in his hands. He does not need this, he really doesn't. And he can't just take off because of this damn job- ]
Uh, hey Riku...
[ Might as well get this over with. ]

[Ami's face is entirely skeptical, with a side of amused. She takes a couple steps closer to, ah, 'Peppermint'.]
Just remember: I may be your sister, but I'm not an elf. [Rubbing it in, yes.]

S-shut it! I didn't want to do this!
[ He adjusts his dress again, making sure it covers what it's supposed to cover. Which isn't much considering its length. Why couldn't he wear pants?! ]
Someone set me up for this.

[ Now that certainly gets his attention because he would rather deal with his sister than stay here for another second. But that smile... Is it worth the risk of whatever it is she's thinking about? ]
You can get me out of this?
[ Apparently so. ]
