[The stage is set. What stage? The stage in a club/pub thingie, where bands like Sex Bob-Omb would have played in Toronto. Scott's standing out on said stage by himself, his head bowed, and the most awesome bass guitar in existance in his hands. Oddly enough, he was alone to play, no band or anything.]

[In the audience is a young woman, perhaps late teens, dressed to blend in with the crowd. Somehow she stands out enough to be noticeable anyway. She seems to be enjoying herself, even if the smile is a bit too bright. She knows this music; she's a not-so-secret video game geek.]

[glowdissonance]

[Of course, after he's all done, Scott comes on down to the young woman.] Did you like that?

[waterfell]

It was a pretty exciting show. The energy of the crowd was really high.

[She can't help a detached part of herself noticing it would have been ideal to siphon off some of that energy - but they don't do that anymore, as Jadeite has rather sternly reminded her before this.]

[glowdissonance]

Yeah -- been a while since I've felt that much excitment coming from them, after we broke up. [But... is he referring to his band... or his old girlfriend? It really depends on what he means, hm?]

[goldenpacifist]

[A young teenage boy with blond hair and blue eyes is watching this... while eating fish and chips. Yeah this is a dream, okay? Once Scott finishes up, he shoves the treat in his mouth in order to clap for him.]

[glowdissonance]

[And down Scott comes!]
Hey, thanks! [And then... he sits down.] Do you have any of those for me?

[goldenpacifist]

Uh... well... [No he doesn't.] I can get them!

[moonlit_voice]

[Sin is standing off to the side, leaning up against a wall and watching the performance with an amused smile on his face. He's trying to draw as little attention to himself as possible while the performance goes on, but then again that is quite hard for a man of unusual appearance, absurdly pale and slightly radiant skin and dark clothes. Besides there's something... ethereal about him. And he may not be as dream-like as you think.

Once the music is over he pipes up though, giving Scott a round of applause.]

[And Scott walks up to the newcomer weirdo-looking guy!]
Did you like the show?

[moonlit_voice]

[He nods, still smiling. When he speaks there's a subtle echo in the air.] Not something I have heard before, but it was definitely entertaining. I have to wonder though, do you always perform on your own?
