I heard Hogfather wasn't that great but am trying to remain optimistic about Going Postal, as I hear it's better - have you seen that one?

Not yet - maybe sometime next week, though - I'm feeling a bit "can't-wait-ish", if you know what I mean. I suspect it might actually function better on screen than Hogfather, since GP has a fairly straightforward plot by comparison, and isn't quite as tied up to the Discworld universe's - ahem - uniqueness.
