Oh.My.Word! Delightful! I made it all the way to Jack's torso in the vest (yes, got the visual in technicolor and IMAX)before I started feeling these little thoughts working my spine. Part of me(little old straight hippie)is a little shocked, another part majorly turned on, another part thinking yeah, pirate story goes on forever, how clever is Miz Oneiriad, got the Pearl (damn that was tasty) and Anamaria ("a full-grown panther" oh baby, that's hot!!) and the FOY of course and then there's the jaunty, juicy Jamie!
A smidgen of smut, just enough, and Bob's your uncle, you got a helluva tale.

Could give a fig about any future experiences I've almost read to date--but this one, well, sweet and sour, with a little salty tang and just enough picante to make the perfect sauce. I enjoyed. I thank.

as for jack's/the pearl's age.. i am going to go with the version of the story that says they are both centuries old and no one knows why. :)
