Just look under "Help" and "FAQ" and then you'll scroll down and see in bold black lettering "Journal Entries" then the 6th dot down is "How do I use an LJ-cut? What are the other LJ-specific tags?". It will show you how to use an LJ-cut that way you don't overflow peoples screens with long entries. =)
