Yesterday I defrosted pork chops for my husband to make for dinner. He always makes the pork chops. It's like his "job", right? Cuz I do fish. HE DOES PORK CHOPS. It's in the prenup.

My hubby doesn't cook. If I don't fix dinner, we eat out. come to think of it, we're eating out more than ever lately.

When I make pork chops, I just brown 'em on each side for 3 minutes, then add a cup and a quarter of water, put the lid on and cook over a low flame for 25 minutes. Haven't had any complaints...so far.

Wouldn't you know, the homeless shelter where I volunteer just had pork chops for Sunday's dinner. :>) I think Gloria said she cooks them for about 30 minutes (they were thin; boneless).
