Oh! I think I remember why Latimir was the only one that had electricity!

A year or so back, we had some guys who were really good at fixing things and building crap. One of them was named Bulma. She headed a group of engineers who helped restore electricity to Latimir! We also had a plumber who fixed the pipe lines, too!

But, last time I was here, Luigi disappeared and... I dunno if Bulma is still around. She was when I left, but... I haven't seen her post at all since I got back.

A-ahahaha, there's nothing wrong with being sensitive, you know. It's a quality that's hard to find in this city, sometimes. But, yeah, it'll be okay!

Well... I guess I can relate to that, somewhat. I'm pretty sensitive, too, ahahaha. Still, it's... not always a bad thing.
