[The communicator is aimed so that she's in three-quarter's view; she seems to be sitting at a kitchen table, and you can see an open laptop in front of her, which she appears to be using as a reference. It's hard to tell from the video quality, but she has a rather prominent black eye. The sling containing her right arm is easier to make out.

The industrial district-although there are monsters, of course-and apparently there's a lab in the high school. But, the tools there may already be in use. Apparently there are some pretty advanced people here...
