November 18th... that's the date it was back home, the day I came here. And soon, it'll be that date here, too. I can't believe I've been here six months already... It's getting close to my birthday. I'm not sure if I could be of any actual help, since I don't know anything about electricity or how it works or anything, but I'll do anything I can to help you guys. [Because even if he doesn't know hardly anybody, Luke is a helpful creature.]

Any help would be great! And, we need more than just mechanics and electricians; we'll probably have to spend at least a few weeks gathering supplies and parts.

I know I can help with the last part! So is this working on rebuilding old apartments, or building new ones altogether?

Um, not quite either. People already live in Horton; we're just working to get electricity working in it, so that people can live more comfortably. If we can finish that, I guess we'll move on to Marshall.

Well if you ARE here for your birthday, I think the rest of the team should throw you a party.

I'll get some stuff together for the Horton project and head over there later for a few more inspections.

It'll probably take a lot, and a while to get stuff together; they don't have anything set up, and haven't ever.
