DICKS.

No, really, it totally blew. The highlights were as follows:
1. Drinking
2. Rocking out in a closet Doctor Who cosplay with plaidavenger
3. Awesome Shadow Hearts photoshoot with Lionel
4. Ditching the con on Sunday to go to the Baltimore Science Center and ruin everything with saber-rider and ryokoFORGET OTAKON. For real. Next year I'll probably just drive

Otakon was kinda iffy for us as well, but Andrew, Leah, Larry and I all ate at this amazing restaurant right off the Harbor Mall called "La Tasca" on Saturday night, and that pretty much MADE the con for us. If you do go back next year, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend checking the place out. It's a Spanish tapas bar, with amazing paella, the best desserts EVER (seriously, those were outstanding!), and even flamenco dancers for entertainment! (: Probably the best meal I've had in YEARS, and it put all four of us in really good moods.

Plus, the whole having-a-panel thing helped a bit. Even if it didn't quite go as planned, it was still a cool experience, and it seemed people really took to it, so yeah... the lesson here is, if you want an awesome Otakon, eat Spanish food and host a panel! ;)
