I still don't understand this obsession with bringing more and more people here without bringing anything for them to do. Restoring the library would be an infinitely better use of their resources.

I agree, for once. Whenever things were like this every day, a couple of years ago, Kaoru and I would read all the time. But there's nothing good to read here. And we don't want to waste our pad of paper or our crayons by drawing for fun. There's just nothing to do. These scientists are obviously very poor planners.
