"Well. Hello there, Anthony." her voice cooed from behind him, typically harsh accent kept soft and polite. She motioned to the seat beside him as she added "Mind if I join you?"
Oh, she had been hoping to see him again, what with her talk of him to the other Daughters. To her, he was an enigma.. something she knew so little about, but found herself interested in nevertheless.
She also wanted more information on his comments days ago about.. noticing her. She was rarely noticed, what with standing in the shadow of her definately much more attractive friend Leigha. It was interesting and new, and she had to know more.
"Hello Adelle!" Anthony smiled. "Care for tomato soup?" He gestured at the table and the seat next to him. "Come on then, have a sit down. How are you today?"
Adelle smiled as she settled into the seat next to him. "Oh, no." she replied, holding a hand up. "I'm not hungry.. not yet, at least. Looks delicious though, ja?" Olive eyes watched him in interest - he really was very kind. And handsome. "I'm fine! Tired, yes, but fine. And you? How are you? Are things well with that dirty friend of yours and all?"
Anthony shrugged. "I suppose they worked it out and she's still with him because it was all some of sort misunderstanding or something of the sort. You know the type." He grinned.
"Tired, Miss Klaus?" Anthony leaned his chin in his hand, smiling jovially. "Whatever for? Up too late having girl talk with your friends? I observe you not with them this afternoon - what are you up to, with no buddy?"
With a nod, she tried again. The rock sort of studdered a bit, not making any big, clear jumps, but definately moving. She smiled up at him proudly. "Better?" she asked, rising to her feet. "I might be skipping pro soon!"
She took a moment to think on that one. What else did she want to know? "...you don't have some mean girlfriend that will track me down and hurt me for kissing you, do you? I am completely devoid of brutal boyfriends for you to fear."
Anthony grinned at her rock. "Yeah! You're getting it - just try some more, I'm sure you'll get it just right," he said to Adelle, mostly thinking about how fun she was to be around.
"Me?" He looked shocked. "You honestly think I'd kiss you if I had a girlfriend? Not on, Adella!" He skipped another rock. "If I had a girlfriend, you'd know about it."
"Oh Merlin." she murmured, quickly reaching over to touch his shoulder. "I.. I didn't mean it like.. oh.. " With a growl at herself, she hit her own head with her hands. "Sorry."
Well. Didn't Adelle just know how to fuck things up?
"...your question. If you'd rather me not just go."
Anthony shrugged and fluffed the girl's hair. "I'm not mad, it's okay," he said. "And of course I don't want you to go. I have a new goal for today." He grinned amiably and let his arm fall around her shoulders.
"My question is, how come a girl like you hasn't already got a boyfriend?"
Adelle laughed, immediately bringing hands up to straighten her hair. "A new goal for today? Oh, do share!" She hesitantly brought an arm up to drape around his waist in return, almost afraid to increase the body contact. But she did, and felt better about it afterwards.
"Why don't I have a boyfriend?" she repeated, glancing to him as she bit her bottom lip. "...well.. I don't know. I think most boys are intimidated? I think that the threat of Leigha and Sophia kicking their asses if they hurt me is enough to keep all of them away." She grinned, then let her body language relax a bit more. "Or at least thats what I say. I normally just... I don't try to date."
