The technical term is Kid Flash, but I go by Inertia. Wally was Kid Flash when he was Barry's sidekick, and I was Kid Flash for a little, but then I was the Flash and once you go Flash, going back to Kid Flash is painful. Also: not a kid. Also, not Flash Junior! Inertia or Bart. :P
